Compensation:

·      Commission-based flat rate pay.

·      Earnings range from $30-$75 per session dependent on length plus tips and earnings range between $2-$12 for add-ons.

Professional Integrative Bodywork, LLC is a well-established, independent therapist owned and operated massage therapy business, located within Salon Lofts and has successfully served the Metro area for the last 6 years. I have built a great clientele base and demand for my services is growing!

About the Position:

I am currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, and qualified massage practitioner to work as a contractor for my business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, the ability to take direction, a commitment to client-centered care, and a genuine interest in promoting overall health and wellbeing.

You will perform services in my loft located within Salon Lofts. There are shared common areas such as (hallways, bathroom, laundry room, front waiting area, etc.) with many other tenants who also provide services in their own lofts.

Responsibilities:

·      Greet clients in a positive manner upon arrival and departure of sessions.

·      Perform professional therapeutic massages based on individual client needs and preferences.

·      Conduct thorough client assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.

·      Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique health and wellness objectives.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes, soap notes, and progress reports.

·      Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry.

·      Open when you arrive and lock up when you leave.

Requirements:

·      City of Richfield-issued massage therapy license & pass background check.

·      Sign a lease with Salon Lofts (does not apply to current lease holders).

·      Sign contractor agreement with Professional Integrative Bodywork, LLC.

·      Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.

·      Professional liability insurance coverage.

·      Strong proficiency in various massage modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, or more.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Compassionate and client-focused approach to care.

·      Ability to collaborate and take directions.

·      Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

·      Maintain confidentiality of client information.

·      Professional image attire to be clean & neat.

·      Uphold Professional Code of Ethics.

Therapist can expect:

·      1099 Employment – Contractor position.

·      30 minutes between sessions.

·      All supplies, linens, music, and clients provided.

·      Prebooked sessions.

·      City license & background check fee with The City of Richfield paid.

·      Hydraulic lift massage table.

·      Digital soap notes.

·      Training in all necessary operations of the business.
